Antenne Bayern
Antenne Bayern is a private radio station. The broadcasting area mainly covers Bavaria and neighbouring regions. In accordance with the State Media Treaty, Antenne Bayern is a full-service programme whose target audience is mainly between the ages of 14 and 49. The programme mainly contains music, but also news, entertainment and service programmes. As an adult contemporary programme, Antenne Bayern mainly broadcasts current pop music as well as music from the 1980s and 1990s. With around 2.27 million daily listeners, Antenne Bayern is the private radio station with the widest reach in Germany.
In addition to the Antenne Bayern radio programme, the station family also includes the stations Rock Antenne, antenne nrw and oldie antenne as well as over 30 web radio stations. The Antenne Bayern hilft foundation, which collects donations for people in need and charitable projects, has also existed since 1989.

Antenne Bayern is a service provided by Antenne Bayern GmbH und Co KG. The limited partnership has several shareholders. With around 25 per cent, Mediengesellschaft der Bayerischen Tageszeitungen für Kabelkommunikation mbH & Co. Bayernprogramm KG is the largest shareholder, Axel Springer SE, Burda GmbH and Ufa Radio-Programmgesellschaft in Bayern mbH each hold 16 per cent. Studio Gong GmbH & Co. Studiobetriebs KG, Medienpool GmbH and Radio Bavaria Rundfunkprogrammgesellschaft mbH each hold seven per cent. The smallest shareholder is Amperwelle Studio München (6.1 per cent).
Antenne Bayern Verwaltungs GmbH and Managing Director Felix Kovac act as general partners. The shareholders of Antenne Bayern Verwaltungs GmbH are in turn identical to the shareholders of GmbH & Co. KG.
For technical reasons, shares of less than one per cent cannot be shown. However, due to their participation in several media companies, small shares are also significant. The following persons hold small shares in Antenne Bayern, which are therefore stated as 0%: Thomas Schaub (0.05%), the Friedmann family (0.046%) and the SPD (0.02%).
Voting Rights
Antenne Bayern GmbH & Co. KG does not have a Supervisory Board. Important decisions such as the sale of company shares are made by the shareholders' meeting, otherwise the management is responsible for this. The voting share in the shareholders' meeting corresponds to the amount of the shareholding in the company.

The Oschmann family
The Oschmann family, consisting of Gunther Oschmann and his children Constanze and Michael Oschmann, are the owners of the Müller media group. Only one per cent of the company is still owned by Gunther Oschmann, while his children manage the operational business. Müller GmbH & Co. KG has shares in several dozen media offerings, primarily in the television and radio sector, but also in publishing and online.

Ellinor Scherer (née Holland) is the owner (50%) of Presse-Druck- und Verlags-GmbH, which holds several shares in Antenne Bayern GmbH & Co. KG via several shares. Her husband Andreas Scherer is part of the management of Presse-Druck- und Verlags-GmbH. Mediengruppe Pressedruck, to which Presse-Druck- und Verlags-GmbH belongs, also owns Mediengruppe Mainpost and Südkurier-Medienhaus. The media company not only has interests in print, but also in the radio, television and online sectors. Scherer is the sister of Alexandra Holland.

Upon request, the company refuses to publish the annual financial statements and the shareholders' agreement.
