Regiocast
Regiocast (in full: Regiocast GmbH & Co. KG) is a German radio company based in Kiel. Regiocast primarily operates radio stations in central and northern Germany, including Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Schleswig-Holstein, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt. With Radio Bob, Regiocast operates the private radio station with the widest reach in Germany after Antenne Bayern. Regiocast also operates Barbara Schöneberger's radio station under the name barba radio. The portfolio also includes over 20 other radio stations as well as companies for broadcasting infrastructure and the marketing of radio advertising.
For technical reasons, shares of less than one per cent cannot be shown. However, due to their participation in several media companies, small shares are also significant. The following persons hold small stakes in Regiocast, which are therefore stated as 0%: The Mohn family (0.57%), the Ippen family (0.24%), Friede Springer and Matthias Döpfner (both 0.04%), Ariane Melanie and Axel Sven Springer (0.01%), the Funke family (0.08%), the Burda family (0.009%) and the Friedmann family (0.0001%).

Regiocast GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2004 by the two private radio stations R.SH and PSR as a holding company. The shareholders of the two radio stations received corresponding shares in Regiocast, while the shareholdings of R.SH and PSR were transferred to Regiocast.
